Job Overview
The Senior Coordinator, Talent Management will play a pivotal role in driving talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives across EHA Clinics. This position reports to the Head of Human Resources and is responsible for implementing strategic talent management programs that support organizational growth and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
- Develop and implement employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Support performance management initiatives and employee development planning
- Maintain talent management databases and recruitment metrics
- Coordinate training programs and professional development opportunities
- Liaise between departments to identify staffing needs and skill gaps
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in talent management or HR coordination
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with HR management systems and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Nigerian employment laws
