Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analytics Engineer to lead the development and maintenance of our data warehouse and analytics infrastructure. You will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable insights, supporting product development, marketing, and strategic initiatives. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team at the forefront of AI innovation in real estate.Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines and warehouse solutions.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and data models for reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
- Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and governance processes.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and efficient data structures.
- Mentor junior analytics engineers and contribute to best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering or a related data role.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing concepts (e.g., Kimball, Inmon).
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes and tools.
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Familiarity with dbt for data modeling and transformations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
