We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions that enhance our business processes. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fully remote capacity, contributing to the platform that powers our exposure management mission across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning, and Visualforce
- Design and implement scalable solutions that integrate with existing enterprise systems
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Perform code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality and documentation
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Salesforce configurations and custom code
- Participate in system testing and deployment activities
Requirements
- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
- Experience with APIs and system integrations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Salesforce Developer certification required
