Job Description
- Engage customers and provide detailed product information, promotions, and service offerings.
- Deliver prompt, efficient, and courteous service to all customers.
- Offer personalized product recommendations based on customer needs.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure full satisfaction.
- Monitor product displays and replenish stock as needed.
- Maintain spotless and visually appealing display cabinets.
- Merchandise products according to brand visual standards.
- Process sales transactions and issue receipts.
- Manage shop-floor inventory and ensure proper accountability.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1–2 years post-NYSC experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Neat, friendly, and well-presented.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.

- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Flexible, reliable, and able to take on additional responsibilities.
