Key Responsibilities

- Maintain production timelines, trackers, and reporting dashboards
- Coordinate communication with guests, partners, sponsors, and internal teams
- Support in-person recordings, sponsor deliverables, and office operations
- Keep systems, tools, and documentation organized and efficient
