Key Responsibilities

- Execute product launches with accurate product data, imagery, and on-site placement
- Optimize product listing pages, collections, and category merchandising
- Support cross-sell and upsell strategies to improve conversion rate and average order value (AOV)
- Maintain and update product data across Shopify, Cin7, PDM, and internal systems
- Manage product imagery and perform light photo editing when required
- Assist with merchandising for wholesale and additional online sales channels
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all digital product touchpoints

Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in eCommerce or digital merchandising
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of ownership and accountability
- Proficiency in Excel and understanding of basic retail math
- Experience with Cin7, PDM, or similar tools (or the ability to learn quickly)
