Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous manner
• Answer, screen, and direct telephone calls to appropriate departments or personnel
• Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming
• Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar system
• Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes where required
• Provide general information about the company and its services
• Support administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and telephone systems
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Reliability and punctuality
