Job Overview
This position requires a seasoned professional to manage all aspects of plant operations, from production and supply chain to finance and human resources, within the Integrated Feed & Protein business unit. The Plant Head will be responsible for achieving production targets, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage all plant operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and logistics.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Oversee budget management and financial performance of the plant.
- Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Lead and develop a high-performing plant team.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the feed and/or protein production industry.
- Strong understanding of integrated agri-business operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration, Agriculture).
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and drive operational improvements.
