Stanbic IBTC is currently recruiting for the position of Officer, Application Support.
Job Description
The Officer, Application Support will provide first- and second-level technical support for critical banking applications and systems. The role focuses on incident resolution, system stability, and minimizing service disruptions across multiple platforms.
Experience & Skills
- 4–6 years experience in an advanced IT support role
- Strong knowledge of:
- Oracle SQL, T-SQL, PL/SQL
- Unix/Linux administration
- Python scripting and automation
- Windows Server administration
- Backup and restore operations
Key Responsibilities

- Manage and resolve system incidents to minimize downtime
- Track issues across platforms and escalate when required

- Ensure continuity and quality of IT service delivery
