This role is critical in ensuring our merchants achieve maximum value from ShipBob's services. You will lead a team responsible for merchant relationship management, proactive engagement, and strategic guidance to drive retention and expansion.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Merchant Success Managers.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance merchant satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proactively identify opportunities for merchants to leverage ShipBob's solutions.
- Monitor key merchant performance indicators and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for merchant needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a merchant success, account management, or similar client-facing role.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of e-commerce and fulfillment operations.
