Key Responsibilities

- Carry out routine inspections on-site to ensure all maintenance activities meet required standards and timelines
- Ensure strict compliance with company safety policies including Golden Rules and STOP Card procedures
- Supervise contractors to ensure work aligns with approved scope and quality expectations
- Issue work permits such as hot work permits, tank entry permits, and fire permits when necessary
- Detect maintenance faults, assess repair needs, and report findings to supervisors
- Source and manage quotations from approved contractors within assigned areas
- Perform minor emergency repairs when required
- Assist in the installation and distribution of operational equipment such as fire extinguishers and shelves
- Maintain proper inventory records of company assets including pumps, generators, and compressors
- Monitor pump flow rates to ensure efficient operation
- Implement price changes as directed by the Maintenance Engineer
