What You’ll Do
- Serve as first-line technical support for developers via chat and email
- Investigate issues, reproduce bugs, and escalate with clear reproduction steps
- Help developers resolve SDK and API integration challenges efficiently
- Contribute to improving developer documentation
- Support training and improvement of Phantom’s AI-powered support chatbot
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript (web or mobile)
- Solid understanding of Web3 fundamentals (wallets, transactions, RPCs)
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Clear, friendly, and professional written communication
- Comfort using AI-assisted developer tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot)
