Job Overview
The Insurance Desk Officer will serve as a critical liaison between Ecologique Transport Solutions Limited and our insurance partners, managing all insurance-related matters for our fleet and cargo operations. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and comprehensive knowledge of transport and logistics insurance protocols.Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage insurance claims for fleet vehicles and cargo shipments
- Maintain accurate insurance documentation and policy records
- Liaise with insurance providers regarding policy renewals and coverage updates
- Ensure compliance with all insurance requirements and regulatory standards
- Respond to insurance inquiries from internal departments and external partners

Requirements
