Job Overview
This entry-level role provides broad exposure to the full spectrum of HR operations within the Asia-Pacific region. You will work closely with experienced HR professionals, supporting initiatives related to employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation and benefits, and HRIS management.Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Help administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
- Provide general HR support to employees and management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, international environment.
