Polygon Labs is now hiring a Virtual Assistant to support executive operations during a transition to a self-service scheduling model. This fully remote role is open to candidates based in Latin America and offers an opportunity to work closely with strategic leaders in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Your Role
As a Virtual Assistant, you will report to the Lead Executive Assistant (EA) and own day-to-day scheduling and calendar management for senior executives across multiple time zones. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, maintain executive support standards, and ensure smooth operations for strategic leaders at Polygon Labs.
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years of experience as a remote administrative/virtual assistant or operations coordinator
- Strong written English communication skills; Spanish proficiency is a plus
- Proficiency with Google Calendar, Gmail, Slack, Telegram, and standard productivity tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex scheduling across global time zones
- Confidence to push back diplomatically and ensure clarity and completeness in requests
- High reliability, discretion, and trustworthiness when handling sensitive executive information

- Maintain corporate calendar hygiene, leveraging templates and scheduling rules to reduce churn
