Job Overview
This Field Application Engineer position focuses on supporting Tenstorrent's cutting-edge AI hardware and software solutions for customers in South East Asia. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, customer engagement, and problem-solving skills to drive product adoption and ensure client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and guidance to customers in South East Asia on Tenstorrent's AI solutions.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their application requirements and map them to Tenstorrent's product capabilities.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical training, and proof-of-concept evaluations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered by customers during product evaluation and deployment.
- Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights for product development and improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a field application engineer or similar technical support role.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, hardware accelerators, and RISC-V architecture.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within the South East Asia region as needed.
