Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical discovery sessions with prospective enterprise clients to understand their unique challenges and opportunities.
- Design and deliver compelling demonstrations and proof-of-concepts showcasing ElevenLabs' voice AI capabilities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop tailored technical strategies and proposals.
- Provide expert technical guidance and support throughout the pre-sales and implementation phases.
- Act as a subject matter expert on ElevenLabs' product suite and its applications within various enterprise verticals.
- Gather client feedback to inform product development and strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, or similar technical role within an enterprise software environment.
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and natural language processing concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.
- Proficiency in German and English.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
