The Engineering Manager, EMEA (Core) will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of talented engineers, driving technical excellence, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions that power Testlio's core platform. You will foster a collaborative and high-performance engineering culture, aligning with Testlio's strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of software engineers in the EMEA region.
- Drive the technical vision and execution for core product features and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and QA, to define and deliver on roadmaps.
- Champion best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, and continuous integration/delivery.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable and reliable software systems.
- Facilitate agile development processes and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software engineering management, with a focus on leading remote teams.
- Strong technical background in software development, architecture, and best practices.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
