Job Overview
The Director, Specialist Sales - SME Solutions will lead the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies for Mastercard's SME product portfolio. Reporting to senior management, this role combines strategic planning with hands-on market engagement to drive revenue growth and market share expansion across the SME segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for SME card and solutions offerings
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to exceed targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key institutional partners and stakeholders
- Identify market opportunities and drive business development initiatives within the SME space
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy adjustments

Requirements
- Deep knowledge of SME products, services, and card solutions
- Significant experience in sales and business development within the SME sector
- Proven leadership experience managing sales teams
- Strong understanding of Nigerian financial services market dynamics
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
