Job Overview
This leadership position is responsible for the strategic direction, development, and execution of Ping Identity's global partner programs, enablement initiatives, and operational frameworks. You will foster strong relationships with strategic partners and drive program success through effective planning and execution.Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement comprehensive partner program strategies to drive revenue and market penetration.
- Develop and deliver world-class enablement resources and training for partners.
- Oversee and optimize partner operations, including onboarding, support, and performance management.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partner initiatives with company objectives.
- Analyze program performance and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in partner program management, channel enablement, and operations.
- Strong understanding of the enterprise software and identity and access management (IAM) markets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
