Job Overview
The Director, Corporate Counsel will serve as the chief legal officer responsible for all corporate legal matters. You'll provide strategic legal guidance on business transactions, regulatory matters, and corporate governance while overseeing internal compliance programs and external legal relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct all corporate legal strategy and provide counsel to the C-suite and Board of Directors
