Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Information Science, or a related field
- Proven experience managing multiple digital platforms for a public institution, development agency, or large corporate organisation
- Strong understanding of digital analytics, audience behaviour, and data-driven content optimisation
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media management tools, and digital analytics platforms
- Experience with online community management and public-facing engagement
- Demonstrated ability to translate government policies and programmes into clear, accessible digital formats
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to perform effectively in high-pressure or crisis communication situations
