- The Digital Banking Support Engineer will provide technical support and operational management for clients using Systegra SaaS platforms (IBaaS, ISaaS, etc.) and Interswitch’s core digital banking infrastructure. Key responsibilities include:

- Respond to service requests and incidents via helpdesk tickets, email, phone, MS Teams, or other channels

- Conduct monthly incident review sessions to strengthen client relationships and improve service delivery
- Stay updated on Core Banking, Wallet, and Security solutions in the payments and financial services industry
- Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance service offerings
- Communicate updates and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Provide on-site support for critical issues requiring physical presence
- Monitor vendor compliance with SLAs and coordinate incident escalation when necessary
