Job Overview
We're seeking a talented Data Services Reports & Insights Analyst to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive reporting solutions, creating actionable insights, and supporting our customers in making data-driven decisions. This role bridges analytics, customer success, and product development to deliver exceptional value to our hospitality clients worldwide.Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom reports and dashboards using our data analytics platform
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization
- Collaborate with product and customer success teams to understand reporting requirements
- Document reporting methodologies and best practices for internal and external stakeholders
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers implementing analytical solutions

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related field
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and analytics platforms
