Job Overview
The Customer Solution Architect will serve as the primary technical contact for assigned enterprise accounts, bridging the gap between customer business objectives and Supabase's technical capabilities. You'll design scalable solutions leveraging our backend platform, oversee implementation strategies, and ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect customized Postgres-based solutions aligned with customer requirements
- Lead technical discovery and solution scoping engagements with enterprise clients
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical guidance on Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, and Realtime capabilities
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to address customer needs and identify product gaps
- Develop implementation roadmaps and oversee technical project execution
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer with customer technical teams

- 8+ years of experience in solution architecture or technical consulting
