Job Overview
As a Commercial/Transactional Lawyer at Brain Co., you will play a critical role in advising and supporting our business operations, with a particular focus on commercial agreements and transactional matters. You will contribute to the legal framework that underpins our groundbreaking AI solutions, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk across our growing enterprise.Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, partnership agreements, and intellectual property licenses.
- Provide legal guidance on day-to-day business operations, product development, and strategic initiatives.
- Advise on regulatory compliance matters relevant to AI and technology companies operating in regulated industries.
- Manage and resolve legal disputes and claims.
- Conduct legal research and provide clear, concise legal advice to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to at least one state bar and in good standing.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in commercial law, transactional law, or corporate law, preferably within a technology or regulated industry environment.
- Proven track record of drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
