Truebond Global Investments Limited is seeking an experienced and professional Chief Security Officer (CSO) to oversee security operations and maintain a safe, secure, and well-managed corporate environment in Victoria Island, Lagos.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of security experience, with current or previous experience as a Security Supervisor with a reputable security company in Nigeria. The candidate must have proven experience in security supervision, corporate security operations, access control, visitor management, and security risk monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise daily security operations within the organisation.
- Manage access control and visitor movement, with primary responsibility at the reception area.
- Professionally receive, identify, and coordinate visiting guests.
- Conduct regular security rounds and inspections across the premises.
- Monitor and identify security risks, suspicious activities, and potential threats.
- Protect company personnel, property, assets, and organisational interests.
- Maintain accurate security, access control, and visitor records.
- Liaise with Management, HR, and relevant departments on security matters.
- Ensure security procedures and standards are properly followed.
- Support the organisation in maintaining a safe and secure corporate environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant security experience.
- Current or previous experience as a Security Supervisor with a reputable/top-tier security company in Nigeria.
- Proven experience in security supervision and corporate security operations.
- Strong observation, communication, and situational awareness skills.
- Professional, disciplined, alert, and well-groomed.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
- Experience working in a corporate security environment is an advantage.
- Must not be above 45 years of age.
- Ability to professionally interact with staff, management, visitors, and security personnel.
