Job Overview
The Central Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of all plant machinery and equipment. This includes developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, managing maintenance budgets, and leading a team of skilled technicians and engineers.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance strategies.
- Supervise and mentor maintenance staff.
- Oversee the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive maintenance experience.
- At least five (5) years in a supervisory or managerial role within heavy industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
