Job Overview
This position is responsible for overseeing and implementing compliance programs at the branch level, minimizing operational and regulatory risks, and promoting a culture of compliance.Key Responsibilities
- Monitor branch activities to ensure adherence to banking regulations and internal policies.
- Conduct regular compliance reviews and risk assessments.
- Investigate and report any compliance breaches or suspicious activities.
- Develop and deliver compliance training to branch staff.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors and regulators.

Requirements
- First Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Compliance, Banking Operations, Internal Control, Audit, or Risk Management.
