Job Overview
This position involves direct engagement with communities to deliver health education, facilitate access to healthcare services, and support the implementation of public health programs. The Health Outreach Officer will be instrumental in bridging the gap between healthcare facilities and underserved communities.Key Responsibilities
- Conduct community-based health outreach activities.
- Provide health education on key topics such as primary healthcare, family planning, and maternal and child health.
- Facilitate referrals for essential health services.
- Collect data and report on outreach activities and community health needs.

Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing, Midwifery, Public Health, Community Health, or a related health field.
- Valid professional registration/license where applicable.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in primary healthcare, family planning, MNCH, or community health programming.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
