Job Overview

The Audiologist will provide diagnostic and therapeutic audiology services, working collaboratively within our multidisciplinary healthcare team to assess, diagnose, and manage patients with hearing and balance disorders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and audiological evaluations
  • Diagnose and manage hearing impairments and balance disorders
  • Fit and dispense hearing aids and other assistive listening devices
  • Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
  • Provide patient counseling and education on hearing health
  • Collaborate with physicians and other specialists on patient care
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Audiology, Speech Therapy and Audiology, or equivalent recognized qualification
  • Minimum 5 years' post-qualification clinical audiology experience
  • Master's or clinical doctorate qualification (advantageous)
  • Experience in tertiary, specialist, or multidisciplinary hospital settings
  • Professional registration and valid licensure
