Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a life science, healthcare, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in clinical operations within the pharmaceutical or CRO industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex clinical trials in the designated country.
- In-depth knowledge of local regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
