Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and inspect packages for accuracy and condition
• Unload delivery vehicles and move parcels safely within the warehouse
• Sort and arrange packages based on destination or delivery route
• Scan parcels using handheld scanning devices to update shipment records
• Pick, pack, and prepare packages for dispatch to delivery teams
• Load outgoing shipments into delivery vehicles efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization within the warehouse area
• Follow company safety guidelines and operational procedures at all times
• Report damaged goods, missing items, or operational issues to supervisors
