Job Overview

The Client Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for managing client expectations, coordinating internal resources, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver transformative solutions that drive client growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage client project planning, execution, and closure.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal TeKnowledge teams.
  • Manage project scope, changes, and risk effectively.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement and quality delivery.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in technology consulting or IT services.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
