Job Overview

As a Voice Assistant Tester, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and improving the performance and accuracy of voice-activated technologies. You will interact with voice assistants, document feedback, and contribute to the refinement of natural language understanding models. Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with voice assistant applications to test functionality and user experience.
  • Record and document voice commands, system responses, and any encountered errors or inconsistencies.
  • Provide detailed feedback on pronunciation, grammar, intent recognition, and overall dialogue flow.
  • Identify and report bugs, usability issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to address testing feedback.
