Job Overview

The Manager, Lifecycle Contract Management – APAC will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of contract management within the region, from initial drafting and negotiation through to renewal and termination. This individual will ensure contracts align with legal requirements, company policies, and business objectives, contributing to Remote Remote’s operational excellence and risk mitigation in a dynamic global market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive lifecycle contract management strategy for the APAC region.
• Oversee contract drafting, review, negotiation, and execution processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and business teams to mitigate risks and ensure favorable contract terms.
• Monitor contract performance, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage contract renewal and termination processes efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to regional compliance regulations and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement in contract management processes and systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in lifecycle contract management, with a focus on the APAC region.
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements for employment contracts in various APAC jurisdictions.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex contracts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
