Job Overview

The Transport Officer will be instrumental in the successful deployment, operation, and maintenance of our robust network transport infrastructure. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensuring seamless connectivity and service delivery for our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the installation and configuration of network transport equipment.
  • Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve connectivity issues.
  • Ensure the uptime and reliability of the transport network.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for fault resolution and upgrades.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and changes.

  • Proven experience in network transport operations or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of optical networking technologies and protocols.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
