Network for Community AIDS and Relief Organization (NetCARE) Nigeria is seeking to prequalify vendors and service providers for its upcoming projects. Job Overview

NetCARE Nigeria is issuing this Call for Expression of Interest (EOI) to prequalify potential vendors and service providers for various categories of goods and services required for its ongoing and future programs. This prequalification process will streamline procurement and ensure efficient delivery of essential resources and support to the communities we serve across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supplying a wide range of goods, including office supplies, IT equipment, and program-specific materials.
  • Providing a variety of services, such as transportation, consultancy, training facilitation, and construction.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of goods and services according to agreed-upon specifications and timelines.
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism in all interactions and deliverables.
  • Adhering to NetCARE’s procurement policies and ethical guidelines.

Requirements

  • Registered business with a valid registration certificate (CAC).
  • Evidence of previous experience in supplying similar goods or services.
  • Ability to provide references from at least three reputable clients.
  • Demonstrated financial stability and capacity.
  • Compliance with all relevant Nigerian laws and regulations.
  • A detailed company profile and capability statement.
