We are actively seeking to fill key positions across crucial departments, including Admin & HR Executive, Travel Consultant, and Marketing & Sales Strategist. Key Responsibilities
* **Admin & HR Executive:** Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including office management, vendor relations, and procurement. Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR record-keeping. Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and travel arrangements. Ensure smooth running of the office environment and maintain efficient administrative systems.
* **Travel Consultant:** Provide expert travel advice and itinerary planning for clients, encompassing flights, accommodation, tours, and transportation. Research and book travel arrangements, ensuring competitive pricing and optimal client satisfaction. Handle client inquiries, resolve travel-related issues, and manage booking modifications or cancellations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers and partners.
* **Marketing & Sales Strategist:** Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and target audiences. Create compelling marketing collateral and digital content across various platforms. Manage sales pipelines, nurture leads, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a relevant administrative, HR, travel, marketing, or sales role.
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, CRM systems, travel booking platforms).
* A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is highly preferred.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
