Job Overview

The Supervisor, Field Services will oversee the daily operations and performance of field service personnel, ensuring high standards of maintenance, repair, and installation for photo enforcement equipment. This role is critical to maintaining system uptime and client satisfaction throughout California.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Field Service Technicians and third-party partners.
  • Schedule and assign work orders, ensuring timely and efficient completion of service requests.
  • Monitor team performance, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field.
  • Maintain accurate service records and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address client needs and operational challenges.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a field service or technical supervision role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in technical diagnostics and repair.
  • Valid California Driver’s License.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
