Job Overview

The Store Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, staff coordination, and adherence to safety standards. You will report to the Warehouse Manager and play a critical role in maintaining smooth logistics and distribution processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and compliance with company policies
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock rotation using FIFO methods
• Ensure proper storage conditions for food products to maintain quality standards
• Coordinate receiving, picking, and packing operations
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation
• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervision experience
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of food storage standards and safety regulations
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems
• Valid driver’s license preferred
