Job Overview

PG Consulting Limited is looking to hire a meticulous and proficient Steel Structural Detailer to be based at our Amuwo-Odofin, Lagos office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the accurate creation of detailed steel fabrication and erection drawings from structural engineering designs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret structural engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Generate detailed shop drawings, erection drawings, and bill of materials using specialized software.
  • Ensure all drawings comply with relevant industry standards and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with engineers and project managers to resolve design queries and discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and revision control.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in detailing steel structures.
  • Proficiency in structural detailing software (e.g., Tekla Structures, AutoCAD).
  • Strong understanding of steel fabrication processes and construction methods.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
