Job Overview
As a Sr. Director Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, developing forward-thinking insights, and producing authoritative content on AI strategy, leadership, and the operational frameworks required for successful AI adoption and scaling. Key Responsibilities

- Engage with clients through various channels, including inquiries, advisory services, and speaking engagements, to deliver expert guidance.
- Collaborate with other Gartner analysts to foster a holistic understanding of AI’s impact across industries.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and key vendors in the AI space.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Economics, Engineering); advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in AI strategy, technology leadership, or enterprise architecture, with a significant focus on AI.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing AI strategies and operating models within large organizations.
- Exceptional analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise insights.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to present complex topics to executive audiences.
