Job Overview

The Recruitment Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end recruitment process for TRANSSION HOLDINGS in Nigeria. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities to ensure we attract, hire, and retain top talent in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and performance management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.
• Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a recruitment leadership or supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws in Nigeria.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS.
