Job Overview

The Head of Marketing will be instrumental in shaping and executing Solé Bicycles’ comprehensive marketing strategy. You will be responsible for the day-to-day performance and operational excellence of our marketing efforts, directly impacting online, retail, and corporate/B2B sales. This is a critical leadership position requiring a blend of strategic vision and meticulous execution to build and optimize repeatable marketing systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Oversee and optimize all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Manage paid media campaigns, creative production, and agency relationships.
  • Conduct cold outreach and build relationships for new partnerships and B2B initiatives.
  • Establish and refine repeatable marketing systems for all sales channels.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts directly support revenue generation.
  • Requirements
