Job Overview

The Site Manager / Material Supervisor will oversee daily site operations, manage material procurement and inventory, and ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards. Leveraging a strong understanding of construction processes and material management, this individual will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of Suacasa’s distinctive properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with designs and specifications.
  • Manage material procurement, tracking inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery to project sites.
  • Conduct quality checks on incoming materials and finished work.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
  • Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, material usage, and safety logs.
  • Implement and enforce site safety regulations and protocols.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar construction management role.
  • Demonstrated experience in material management and procurement within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant construction management software is an advantage.
