Job Overview

As Site Engineer/Builder, you will oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards, within budget, and on schedule. You will serve as the technical backbone of our development projects, managing teams, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and manage on-site workforce
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Resolve construction challenges and implement solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction management
• Professional engineering qualification or equivalent certification
• Strong knowledge of building codes and construction standards
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
