Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior SDET to design and implement robust test automation frameworks for government technology applications. You will play a critical role in ensuring product quality, reliability, and compliance with stringent governmental standards while mentoring junior automation engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive test automation frameworks for GovTech applications
• Design and execute automated test strategies covering functional, performance, and security testing
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify and resolve quality issues
• Lead the implementation of CI/CD testing pipelines and best practices
• Mentor junior SDETs and contribute to team knowledge sharing

Requirements

• 7+ years of software testing and test automation experience
• Advanced proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, or similar)
• Demonstrated experience with government or regulated industry projects
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and testing frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
