Job Overview

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for spearheading sales initiatives, developing strategic client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets within the Nigerian medical equipment market. This role requires a deep understanding of diagnostic laboratory instruments and a proven ability to close complex sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with prospective clients.
  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the benefits of our diagnostic and therapeutic equipment.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless installation and after-sales service.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare).
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the medical equipment or healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of diagnostic laboratory instruments (e.g., chemistry analyzers, bilirubin meters).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within Nigeria.
