As a Senior Product Manager at Moniepoint, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our product offerings. You will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key product initiatives, driving innovation and ensuring alignment with our mission to provide businesses with unparalleled financial tools. Key Responsibilities

  • Define and articulate product vision, strategy, and detailed requirements.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Prioritize product backlogs and manage the product development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Launch new features and products, and iterate based on user feedback and data.
  • Mentor and guide junior product team members.

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of successful product launches.
  • Strong understanding of payments, banking, or fintech products.
